What to include
Describe the affected page or feature, date and time, observed behavior, steps to reproduce, and a safe way to contact you. Use redacted screenshots where helpful.
What not to include
Do not send health information, direct identifiers, passwords, tokens, private keys, or more data than is needed to understand the issue. Do not access, alter, retain, or share another person’s information.
Urgent risk
If there is immediate danger to a person, contact local emergency services. This channel is not monitored as a clinical or emergency service.
Process
Acknowledgement timing, triage targets, coordinated disclosure, remediation updates, and researcher safe-harbor terms are pending policy approval.
