Who provides the service
The contracting entity, registration details, address, and governing jurisdiction are pending legal confirmation.
Showcase only
Caduceus is presented as a product demonstration. It does not provide clinical care, medical advice, diagnosis, emergency services, or live EHR access. Do not rely on it for health decisions.
Permitted use
You may view and evaluate the website for lawful informational and product-assessment purposes. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, introduce harmful code, scrape protected areas, or submit health records or other sensitive information.
Accounts and protected areas
The public demo is separate from administrator access. Administrator access is restricted and may be suspended or removed. Account, acceptable-use, and eligibility language remains pending legal review.
Intellectual property
Ownership, license scope, feedback terms, and third-party notices remain pending legal confirmation. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the website under these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
Warranty disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity language, dispute process, and consumer-law carve-outs are pending counsel and jurisdiction review.
